If this wasn’t so annoyingly realistic, it might be funny. This is one of those comics I read every day in the newspaper, even though it (more often than not) annoys the fuck outta me. This loser kid epitomizes everything I find exasperating about Gen Duh (I’m actually surprised he knew the term ‘platform’).

Still doing “Spring Cleaning” (it’s now Spring…and I’m still cleaning, so technically I’m “Spring Cleaning”), and ran across the personal ad that, once and for all, cured me of placing personal ads, back in the early 90′s. Thought I would share it with you:

I stumbled across an article this morning that really pissed me off! It’s not enough to increase food prices, but now we have to have an eagle eye to watch for sneaky tactics like this too? I call bullshit!

Boycott:
Kraft
Frito-Lay
Procter & Gamble
Mars
Hershey
Heinz
General Mills
Pepsi
Kellogg’s

Due Date- Well, this movie finally made it to RedBox and I was there with bells on to rent it, since I wanted to see it when it first came out on DVD, February 22 (you know the whole Warner Bros. story by now).

I love Robert Downey, Jr. and I love(d) Zach Galifianakis. However, I think I’ve moved from love to ‘fond of’, as far as Galifianakis is concerned. With me, it has nothing to do with what others may perceive as “selling-out” as much as it has to do with him having severely limited range. And yes, I know he’s a comedian first and an actor second, but all his comedic characters are e x a c t l y the s a m e. I guess I’ve just ODed on it, like so many others before him: Jim Carrey, Will Ferrell, etc. (more…)

I ran across this over at The Haunted Closet. It came from the book Monster Holidays by Norman Bridwell. I thought it was too cool not to share it with you (hope they don’t mind). Happy April Fool’s Day!
